Credits are allocated at the beginning of each billing cycle and reset at the beginning of each billing period, with no ability to transfer remaining balance. In simple terms, credits function as a flexible consumption system that adapts to your needs and usage.

Credit consumption depends on the activity you perform and the complexity of processing.

Indicatively:

• 1 credit for each legal research question, sub-question, or clarification.

• In complex questions (e.g., questions with multiple legal references), a question can consume up to 2–3 credits, automatically by the system.

• 1 credit per 2 pages for drafting, translation, anonymization, and document editing functions, etc.

• 0 credits for document attachment, under the Fair Usage Policy.

The platform automatically calculates consumption based on the type and volume of the action, and you can view your usage in real time through your profile.

The feature "unlimited pages of documents for analysis" means that you can attach documents without consuming credits. This feature is provided free of charge, so you can examine the content of your documents before proceeding with further processing or using other functions.

However, the use of the service is subject to the Fair Usage Policy, which sets reasonable technical and monthly limits to ensure the stability and quality of the platform.

Indicatively:

• Free plan: up to 50 pages per month

• Pro plans: up to 10,000 pages per month

• Enterprise plans: customized limits, based on agreement

In simple terms, "unlimited" refers to the fact that credits are not deducted, not that there are no technical or fair usage limits.

Yes, you can upgrade or change your subscription at any time through the "Account Management → Subscription → Upgrade/Change Subscription" section.

If you choose to upgrade to a higher plan, the change takes effect immediately after payment and you receive the full credit allocation of the new plan.

If you choose to downgrade to a lower plan, the change will be activated upon expiration of the current billing cycle, without refund or proportional cost reduction for the current period.

Pro plans have been designed for individual professionals who need reliable tools for legal research, analysis, and drafting of legal documents.

They offer predefined limits for credits and pages per month, ideal for individual use.

In contrast, Business / Enterprise plans are aimed at legal teams, offices, or corporate legal departments that need collaborative use and unified management.

They provide:

• Shared credit pool for all team members,

• Central account and billing management,

• Advanced reporting and analytics tools,

• Increased usage limits for questions and document pages, as well as

• Support for customized features or integrations (API), where required.

Yes, you can switch from monthly to annual subscription (or vice versa) at any time through the "Account Management → Subscription → Upgrade/Change Subscription" section.

Switching to an annual subscription takes effect immediately after payment and offers you two (2) months free compared to monthly billing.

If you choose to return to monthly billing, the change will be activated upon expiration of the current annual period. No refund or proportional cost reduction is provided for the remainder of the subscription.

If you exhaust all available credits before the end of the billing cycle, you can choose to upgrade to a higher plan like from Pro to Pro+ or Pro Max (monthly or annual), so you immediately receive the full credit allocation of the new plan

The new credits are added immediately and are available for use without affecting your subscription renewal date.

If you do not proceed with an upgrade or purchase of additional credits, access to features that require credit consumption will remain inactive until the automatic renewal of the next cycle.
