NIS2 (Greek Law 5160/2024, Article 16 §4): an early warning within 24 hours of becoming aware of a significant incident, an incident notification within 72 hours, and a final report no later than one month after the notification. How is the August suspension applied?
Under ΚΠολΔ Article 147 §2, 1–31 August is not counted for the periods the article lists, such as appeal, cassation and objection to default. It does not apply to every procedural period. In tax and administrative disputes, August is left out under their own provisions (ΚΦΔ 72 §1, ΚΔΔ 61 §4).
What happens if a deadline falls on a weekend or public holiday?
If the last day is a Saturday, Sunday or public holiday, the period ends on the next working day (ΚΠολΔ 144 §§1, 3 · ΑΚ 242), at 19:00. The calculation covers national holidays, including Clean Monday, Good Friday, Easter Monday and Whit Monday, but not local ones.

The «deadlines at a glance» table lists other common periods too.
Can I add the deadlines to my calendar?
Yes. Each result downloads as a calendar event (.ics) with a reminder three days before, and works with Outlook, Google Calendar and Apple Calendar.
Where are my details processed?
In data centres in the European Union. Your description is used only to find the elements of the deadline, such as the date of service and where the parties live, and to ask for any that are missing. The date itself is always computed from the text of the provision.
Does it replace legal advice?
